Understanding Mosaic User Permissions
Last updated: April 28, 2026
Permissions in Mosaic determine what a user can see and do within the platform. These permissions are managed through the Administration Control Panel, which is accessible to any user with Admin rights via the menu in the top-right corner of the application.
Once in the Admin Dashboard, select Users from the left-hand navigation menu to view and manage all users in your organization.
From the Users section, you can:
Create a new user
Import users from a CSV
Export users to a CSV
Enable or disable users
Change a user's permission level (User or Admin)
Note: If your organization provisions users through SSO SCIM, enabling or disabling users in Mosaic will automatically sync to match your identity provider settings on the next provisioning update.
